Returns Policy

Returns & Refund Policy 

1. At RadioSwitch, we are committed to supplying high-quality networking, security, and industrial hardware. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist in terms of our fair and transparent returns policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended

  • The incorrect product was delivered

  • The item is unopened, in its original packaging, and returned within the specified period

⚠️ Custom-ordered, special-import, or software-licensed products are non-returnable unless defective.


3. Condition of Returned Goods

All returned products must be:

  • In original packaging (box, manuals, cables, accessories)

  • Undamaged and free of installation marks

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase or invoice

⚠️ Products that show signs of misuse, tampering, or incorrect installation will not qualify for a return or refund.


4. Assessment & Testing

Returned items will be inspected and tested by our technical team or manufacturer. Based on the assessment, RadioSwitch may offer:

✅ Replacement of the product
✅ Repair (under manufacturer warranty)
✅ Credit or refund

Refunds are processed after product evaluation and approval.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Software, licenses, activated products

  • Opened consumables or accessories

  • Custom-built or specially imported items

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or power surge


6. Warranty Claims

All warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Products found faulty after 14 days will fall under repair or replacement under official warranty processes.


7. Return Shipping

  • If RadioSwitch delivered the incorrect or defective product, return courier costs will be covered.

  • If the customer requests a return for non-defective reasons, courier charges will apply.


8. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Credit notes may be provided for trade accounts or bulk clients.
